“The ‘Pillaton’ double gun shotgun slip is the latest addition to our English Heritage range, constructed from 100% dark brown leather that has been hand stitched for strength and durability, with a wonderfully soft padded “polar fleece” lining.The dimensions are: 52” (133cm) in length to comfortably accommodate shotguns with barrel lengths up to 34” (87cm)and 8” (20cm) wide at the mouth. The strap buckles and other fittings are of brass and are of strong, solid construction. The adjustable shoulder straps and carry handles are made from saddle leather; with hand sewn blocked muzzle ends to protect the barrels. There is a buckled flap for quick shotgun access and a high quality, full length zip robustly sown into the slip to aid easy insertion and removal of the gun and drying the slip after a soaking in the field” said Mike Hurney of the Shooting Party.
