DESCRIPTION: The new TAICHI pistols offer 30+ full (UK legal)-power (5+ FPE) shots from a single 12gr CO2 capsule and are available in .177 (4.55mm) calibre immediately with a .22 (5.55mm) variant to follow later in the year. The pistol offers an unusual exposed pendulum hammer design, featuring free-floating barrels for excellent barrel harmonics which aid accuracy, and grips manufactured from fibre-reinforced polymers as used in the very latest Walther & Glock firearms pistols. The rifled-steel, match-grade barrels are housed in a ‘U-groove’ shroud, that reduces noise by up to 40%. The Barrels, CO2 Reservoirs and Triggers are anodised in a choice of three striking colours-Black, Blue or Red, giving them knock-out looks.

A simple and safe, rotating breech action makes pellet loading easy and un-fussy. The pistols feature 9/11mm dovetailing designed to make fitting a PAO pistol scope, red/green dot holographic sight or a red or green laser a swift and straightforward task. The use of the ubiquitous 12gr CO2 capsule as a power source, obviates the need-and cost-of Hoses, Pumps, or Divers Bottles associated with PCP powered pistols. Metal triggers and trigger guards further enhance the quality construction of what we believe to be the best new pistol of 2016.

We chose to have the components of our new CO2 pistol manufactured in Taiwan, as that Country is probably the World’s leading manufacturer of CO2 pistols, with Industry leading brands such as Umarex, ASG, Cybergun & Webley having many of their most popular CO2 guns made there. However, we decided to locate final barrel and action assembly; barrel alignment and velocity and energy calibration here in the UK to ensure that we met the power and accuracy requirements of discerning UK shooters. We are delighted to announce that the TAICHI has been awarded the UK Registered Design Status ( Number: 4045520) by the Intellectual Property Office, which legally protects the design from copying.  TAICHI is the ancient Chinese Martial Art form that combines power with meditative thought. Two concepts that embody the ideal shooter and their gun.
